''Despite only now being able to raise my arms over my head, the most painful calves in the world and some major trauma to my leg hairs i'd like to say a big thank you for the most ridiculously entertaining pole fitness and dancing lesson on Saturday - Thanks to your bubbly and friendly class you took a rag tag bunch of tragic, hairy, unfit blokes in leotards/hotpants, most of whom had only just met, and galvanised them into a kick arse woman's entertainment troupe. The music was just what we wanted, the routine was epically funny and it was bang on the right level of difficulty before we headed out on the town''
