Beginners Pole
Pole Fitness is a great way to work out, get fit and tone up while building body confidence and making new friends.
This beginners class is suitable for anyone from complete beginners to those already on their pole fitness journey. 
There are no pre-requisites for this class, which will focus on a mixture of skills and tricks on static and spinning pole, as well as using flow to build stamina and strength, laying a solid foundation for intermediate level. You'll learn beginner-level spins and tricks at your own pace, linking them together into mini-routines for a fun and challenging workout.

Improvers / Intermediate Pole 
This class is open to all improvers and above students.
To attend this class you must be comfortable with the following -
Pole climbs 
Spin Combinations
Seats
Pole Cartwheels 
Linking all of the above into combinations on both sides. 
Basic invert and working towards legs hangs
